About The Position

As a General Manager, you take full ownership of our branch operations across key downtown and/or airport locations. You inspire your team, make smart business decisions, and ensure every customer experience is exceptional. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to managing the rental fleet, overseeing sales and performance initiatives, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and driving operational excellence and profitability. In return, you’ll enjoy a competitive base salary of $90,000 per year, an annual target bonus of $100,000, a company car, and exciting opportunities to grow your career with one of the most dynamic brands in the mobility industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in sales, business development or customer service.
  • Experience in the car rental industry is required.
  • Demonstrate a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and operational KPIs.
  • Successful leadership experience in sales operations driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to travel domestically up to 40% of the time to designated locations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all operational aspects of designated branches, including downtown and/or airport locations.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with business requirements, enhance operational processes, and foster employee engagement.
  • Spearhead revenue growth strategies, analyze costs effectively, and optimize incremental sales opportunities.
  • Provide strategic oversight of business operations to ensure alignment of resources, training, and infrastructure to meet set targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Offer guidance, mentorship, coaching, and leadership to nurture employee growth and development plans.
  • Manage budgets, employee reviews, training, schedules, and contract negotiations for optimal efficiency.
