About The Position

The General Manager is responsible for operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and cleaning equipment and the facility. This role requires the ability to perform basic math, make correct monetary change, and possess strong verbal, writing, and telephone skills. Additionally, the General Manager must have good motor coordination for accurate and rapid movements, be able to enter orders using a computer or touch screen, and comprehend written instructions. The role also involves delivering product by car and to the customer's door, distributing flyers, and navigating to customer locations using maps. This includes navigating various terrains and multi-story buildings while carrying product. The General Manager must also lead by example and coach/train new employees. Work conditions are varying.

Requirements

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
Must be able to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.
Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
