Requirements

  • Previous multi-department leadership experience in a fitness or service setting.
  • Strong business acumen and team management skills.
  • Proven ability to drive results and build strong team culture.
  • 1+ Years as General Manager or higher

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily club operations, staff performance, and member satisfaction.
  • Meet financial goals and operational targets.
