About The Position

Domino's Pizza is hiring General Managers. This role requires a natural leader who can manage all aspects of store operations. You will be responsible for cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations, setting the tone and example for the store. The position demands constant vigilance and a high level of performance.

Requirements

  • Experience leading a team; during your shift, you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 30 people.
  • Stellar attitude and motivational skills to get the team in the right place, at the right time, and doing the right thing all while creating a great place to work.
  • A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle that is insured and have a valid driver's license.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
  • Must be able to make correct monetary change.
  • Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
  • Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
  • The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
  • Manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees during a scheduled shift.
  • Responsible for all store operations.
  • Greet customers and take orders with a smile, including answering the phone.
  • Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers.
  • Make fast, accurate, and consistent products while complying with all portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
  • Deliver product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant from the customer-facing areas to the back of the store.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
  • Operate all equipment.
  • Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
  • Prepare product.
  • Receive and process telephone orders.
  • Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
  • Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
