Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations with responsibility for financial results.
• Create a great place to work for the team.
• Ensure customers have a great experience by serving amazing food with a big smile.
• Maintain high standards for oneself and the team.
• Pitch in and contribute to a fun team environment.
• Participate in food safety, financial success, and customer experience initiatives.
• Manage operations during two weekly secret shops where all team members working are eligible for bonuses.
