The role is crucial in delivering an outstanding guest experience and involves day-to-day leadership to achieve various goals. The General Manager is required to exercise discretion regularly and customarily in managing the overall operations of the store. Most of the time is spent supervising and directing the workforce, making staffing decisions upon approval from DM, HR, or the President of the company such as (hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining, discharging, staffing, and scheduling).
