About The Position
This role involves operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, taking phone orders, conducting inventory, and maintaining cleanliness of the facility. Training is provided on the job. The position requires strong communication skills for interacting with customers and coworkers, both verbally and in writing. Essential functions include accurate mathematical calculations for monetary transactions, order processing via computer or touch screen, and precise hand-eye coordination. The work environment includes varying temperatures, potential exposure to fumes and dust, and cramped spaces. Physical demands include prolonged standing, walking, lifting up to 60 pounds, carrying, pushing, occasional climbing, stooping, bending, crouching, and reaching. Hand tasks require continuous use of hands, including forceful use of forearms and wrists for tasks like shaping dough and using tools. Team members may also be required to use various tools and equipment such as pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutters, and pizza peels. Additionally, the role includes delivering products by car to customers, which requires a valid driver's license, a safe driving record, access to an insured vehicle, navigational skills, and the ability to carry products while walking and climbing stairs. Delivery personnel will be exposed to varying weather conditions and require far and night vision for driving.
Requirements
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between wywe and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make presice movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Valid Driver License with safe driving recor meeting company standards
- Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
- Must navigate adverse terrain including multy-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
Responsibilities

- Prepare product
- Receive and process telephone orders
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
- Deliver product by car and then to door of customer
- Deliver flyers and doorhangers or any marketing materials
