About The Position

Makers Union is seeking a dedicated General Manager to lead restaurant operations and deliver outstanding dining experiences in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. The General Manager oversees daily kitchen and front-of-house activities, ensuring smooth operations, exceptional service, and a welcoming atmosphere. This role leads and develops the team, manages financial performance, and upholds quality, safety, and hospitality standards. The position requires 50–55 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as business needs dictate.
