Requirements
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality or retail industry with responsibility for financial results.
- Ability to create a great place to work for your team.
- Ability to make guests' day.
- Honest, energetic, motivational and fun personality.
- Vision for the perfect restaurant and ability to bring it to life with the team.
- At least 18 years old.
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable transportation (not public transportation).
- True desire to learn and grow.
