About The Position

Concord Hospitality is seeking an experienced hotel leader to manage the Hyatt Place Legacy Village in Cleveland, Ohio. This property is conveniently located near downtown Cleveland and popular attractions such as the Cleveland Zoo, Cleveland Museum of Art, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Cleveland Aquarium, and Great Lakes Science Center. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, motivating, and rewarding a management team, supporting the company's mission and cornerstones, and acting as the liaison with the hotel brand, owners, and city officials. You will facilitate a successful business operation by providing brand training, meeting operational deadlines, adhering to budget guidelines, and serving as the "face" of the property.

Requirements

• Organized, detailed oriented and able to lead a winning team of passionate and service driven hospitality professionals.
• Strong sales background and established networking skills.
• Proven track record in driving GSS, excellent customer service delivery.
• Effective in hiring, mentoring and leading a team toward outstanding results.
• Able to deliver outstanding financial results.
• Experience as a select service General Manager.
