Dealership: L0365 West Knoxville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram This role is responsible for ensuring vehicle sales goals are met by managing and holding sales managers and representatives accountable to the dealership's sales process and customer experience standards. The General Manager will manage the daily activities of Sales Managers to ensure sales volume and productivity goals are met, and will directly engage with customers when Sales Management coverage is insufficient. The position also involves staff recruiting, training, and development, ensuring all sales team members are well-versed in the sales process and product knowledge. Customer engagement is key, requiring prompt and professional handling of customer greetings and escalated concerns. Administrative responsibilities include serving as a liaison between the store and Lithia Home Office, preparing work schedules, completing month-end procedures, leading store meetings, facilitating inter-departmental communication, handling HR/HD issues, tracking ad sourcing, and maintaining facility appearance. The role also involves maintaining the relationship with the manufacturer by meeting with representatives to discuss product offerings, incentives, and sales targets.
