About The Position

TruBlue of South Charlotte is growing and is currently hiring for its next leader. This role offers the opportunity to lead and develop a team, control compensation, help others, grow your network, and provides flexibility and resources to succeed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years managing a field service, trades, or home services team
  • Demonstrated track record of growing revenue and retaining customers
  • Financially literate — you can read a P&L and act on it
  • Able to pass a full background check (employees enter customers' homes)
  • Clean driving record and reliable transportation
  • Self-directed — you solve problems before escalating them
  • Strong communicator with both customers and tradespeople
  • Comfortable with CRM and scheduling software
  • Entrepreneurial mindset without the desire to own a business
  • Available Monday–Friday business hours; occasional Saturday if necessary

Responsibilities

  • Full COGS accountability
  • Referral network development (outreach, meetings) — senior living, home health care, real estate, and property management
  • Technician hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance
  • Customer acquisition, satisfaction, job completion and retention
  • Estimate creation and job closing for all service lines
  • Compliance with TruBlue system standards
  • Growth of recurring Maintenance Program memberships
  • Home Safety Modification and project pipeline management

Benefits

  • Base salary ($52k) paid weekly plus quarterly net profit share of 40%
  • 10 days PTO earned in year one after 90 days, 15 days year two+
