We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of the business and report directly to the owner. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for the overall performance, accountability, efficiency, and daily execution of the shop. The General Manager will oversee: Service advisors and front-office staff, Automotive technicians and general service staff, Daily workflow, scheduling, and shop productivity, Employee performance and accountability, Customer service standards and issue resolution, Operational systems, policies, and procedures, Key performance indicators and financial performance, Staff development, coaching, and communication, Implementation and consistent execution of company processes.
