About The Position
The starting pay for this position is starting at $70,000 - $75,000/annually. This position is also eligible for participation in performance-based bonus rewards. Requirements
- 2+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry with responsibility for financial results.
- Honest, energetic, motivational, and fun demeanor.
- Ability to set high standards for oneself and the team.
- Willingness to pitch in and do any task, including 'doing the dishes'.
Nice To Haves
- Eligibility for up to 12 weeks of paid Family Bonding Leave based on time with the company, with immediate eligibility upon hire.
Responsibilities
- Manage restaurant operations with real work/life hours of operation (most locations open at 11:00 am and close at 10:00 pm, and no drive-thrus).
- Oversee financial results and performance-based bonus rewards.
- Create a great place to work for the team.
- Ensure customers have a great experience by serving amazing food with a smile.
- Maintain high standards for oneself and the team.
- Participate in secret shops each week, with the entire team working during those shifts being eligible for bonuses.
- Ensure food safety, financial success, and positive customer experience.
