Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans that align with organizational goals and drive business growth and profitability
- Oversee all operational functions, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead, mentor, and develop management and staff teams, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement
- Manage P&L responsibilities, analyze financial performance, and implement cost-control measures while maintaining service quality
- Establish and enforce operational policies, procedures, and standards across all departments
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize data-driven insights to make informed business decisions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, customers, and community partners
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and organizational transformation
