About The Position

The General Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the store, including managing staff, inventory, and finances. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service.

Must be able to make correct monetary change

Responsibilities

Operate all equipment
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and work area
Prepare all products
Use all proprietary technology
Receive and process telephone orders
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
Clean equipment and facility
Responsible for orientation and on-the-job training for new and existing employees on store products and procedures
Responsible for inventory counts
Responsible for making the schedule and staffing the store
Responsible for running food and labor costs during their shift
Must have good communication skills to lead an effective team
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
Deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area
Unload bulk product deliveries using a hand truck
Stack cases of ingredients and supplies onto shelves
Carry large cans, pizza sauce, and trays of pizza dough
Carry pizzas, sides, and beverages during delivery
Push trays on dollies
Navigate stairs or climb a ladder for maintenance or sign changes
Perform tasks requiring forward bending at the waist
Crouch or squat to stock shelves and clean low areas
Reach continuously (up, down, and forward) for various tasks
Shape pizza dough requiring frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists
Manipulate a pizza peel
Use a rolling cutter
Pinch cardboard pizza boxes
Grasp cans, phone, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes
Utilize pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter and pizza peel
Use any and all Domino's technology implemented by the Company
Use the Driver app (for drivers)
Make use of the Domino's Digital Shoulder surf (DSS) (for CSRs)
Use the Domino's Car Side Delivery
