About The Position

The starting pay for this position is $62,000 to $72,000 annually. This position is also eligible for participation in performance-based bonus rewards. The company operates with real work/life hours, with most locations opening at 11:00 am and closing at 10:00 pm, and no drive-thrus. There are career growth opportunities with more than an estimated 1000 new locations planned across North America. Bonuses are focused on food safety, financial success, and the customer experience, with two secret shops each week where everyone on the team working during those shifts is eligible. Requirements

2+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry with responsibility for financial results.
