Requirements

2+ years of relevant experience
Valid driver's license
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to speak and read English
Basic math skills

Responsibilities

Executing annual financial, local restaurant marketing, guest service, and human resource objectives.
Managing the restaurant floor and ensuring regular contact with guests.
Maintaining guest complaints within acceptable limits and handling concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations applicable to the assigned unit.
Recruitment, training, and retention of employees.
Conducting ongoing coaching, administering the restaurant hourly compensation plan, and documenting performance problems.
Ensuring that food meets SOP specifications, recipes, plating, and garnishes, and is served at appropriate temperatures within standard ticket times.
Maintaining adequate levels of supplies, including food, paper, kitchen, safety, janitorial, uniform, linen, and miscellaneous items.
Ordering food in a timely manner, keeping inventory to a minimum, and avoiding out-of-stock items.
Overseeing the operational condition of equipment, building structure, and premises, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and SOP.
Ensuring sanitation practices, security measures, and the implementation of national and local marketing promotions.
Completion of all required reports and paperwork.
