We are seeking a General Manager to oversee our strategic vision, expand our audience, and drive business growth in the ever-evolving world of sports gaming.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in digital media, gaming journalism, or community-driven content.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing editorial, marketing, and business teams.
Deep knowledge of sports gaming titles and industry trends.
Experience in audience development, community engagement, and SEO-driven content strategy.
Strong business acumen, with experience in revenue generation and partnership development.
Excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Define and implement a long-term growth strategy for Operation Sports.
Work with editorial teams to ensure high-quality coverage, including news, reviews, and in-depth features on sports video games.
Identify and execute monetization opportunities, including paid memberships, affiliate marketing, and partnerships.
Strengthen and grow the Operation Sports community, leveraging forums, social media, and new engagement tools.
Use analytics and SEO best practices to increase traffic and engagement across platforms.
Establish and maintain relationships with game developers, publishers, and esports organizations.
Oversee financial planning, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.
