The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of dealership operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the automotive industry.

Requirements

Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the automotive industry.
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
Strong knowledge of automotive sales, service operations, and customer service best practices.
Ability to analyze financial data and manage budgets effectively.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient with dealership management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to work flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the dealership, including sales, service, parts, and finance departments.
Develop and implement business strategies to meet or exceed sales and profitability goals.
Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
Manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and ensure cost-effective operations.
