About The Position

Are you a proven restaurant leader who’s ready to take full ownership of a store and the team behind it? We’re looking for a driven, people-first General Manager who knows how to balance strong operations, financial performance, and an exceptional guest experience—without losing the fun along the way. As the General Manager, you’ll set the tone, lead by example, and drive results. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll build high-performing teams, deliver outstanding service, and ensure your restaurant runs smoothly, safely, and profitably every single day. Support daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing the store.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of direct fast food or restaurant management experience (or a combination of education and experience)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Food Protection Manager Certification within 90 days
  • A confident leader who thrives under pressure and leads with integrity
  • Strong financial and operational mindset with attention to detail
  • Excellent communicator who builds trust with teams and guests alike
  • Organized, decisive, and solution-oriented
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and restaurant management systems
  • Passionate about developing people and creating strong team culture
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)

Responsibilities

  • Support daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing the store.
  • Take full accountability for restaurant operations, decision-making, and results
  • Ensure strong management coverage and leadership presence at all times
  • Analyze sales, costs, and profit trends to optimize performance
  • Control labor, food costs, expenses, and post invoices accurately in the management system
  • Create and execute business strategies that drive growth and operational excellence
  • Maintain top-tier sanitation, food safety, cleanliness, and health standards
  • Hire, train, mentor, and develop team members at all levels
  • Conduct one-on-ones, performance evaluations, and team meetings
  • Build and sustain an inclusive, positive, and safe workplace culture
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to performance, conduct, and development
  • Coach leaders and team members toward growth and career advancement
  • Lead with strong communication and professionally resolve guest concerns
  • Stay hands-on in operations—cooking, prepping, multitasking, and supporting the team as needed
  • Operate and oversee equipment, including grills, fryers, and batch machines
  • Keep a pulse on market trends, competitors, and local opportunities
  • Take on additional responsibilities that support the success of the store and brand
