About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Hotel General Manager to oversee daily operations, drive revenue growth, and manage P&Ls. This role involves monitoring and improving key performance indicators, partnering with the Director of Operations, and handling guest concerns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and financial reporting, with proficiency in hotel management systems and data analysis tools. Flexibility in hours, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Operations Manager.
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in hotel management systems (PMS), Google Workspace, and other data analysis tools.
  • Flexible for hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations from front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective yield management, price strategies, and occupancy optimization.
  • Manage P&Ls, ensuring profitability and adhering to budget goals.
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators related to financial performance, guest experience, and team productivity.
  • Partner with the Director of Operations to execute business plans and initiatives.
  • Handle guest concerns with professionalism and urgency to maintain high satisfaction scores.
  • Analyze operational data and make informed decisions to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Support and collaborate with the leadership team.
