About The Position

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Full work availability – days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• 3+ years’ restaurant management experience
• Exposure to financial accountability
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Satisfy a background check
• Authorized to work in the United States (We use E-Verify)
• Ability to stand up to 12 hours
• Ability to move about the restaurant to access the dining room, prep area, restrooms, and dumpster area
• Ability to handle or feel operate, activate, use, prepare, inspect, place, detect, position.
• Ability to occasionally ascend/descend a step ladder to reach product on top shelves
• Ability to position self to maintain cleanliness of restaurant, including under the tables and prep areas, and to retrieve product
• Ability to exchange accurate information in communication with employees or guests
• Ability to read monitors, menus, and learning systems
• Ability to frequently move product, dishes, boxes weighing up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant operations to ensure guest delight.

• Operate register, slicer, knives, scissors, other machinery, and a computer.
