Requirements

• Experienced restaurant leader.
• Current or very recent experience with drive-thru.
• Hands-on style of leadership.
• Upbeat personality.
• Solid communication skills and professional appearance.
• Standard-driven to deliver fantastic food, value, and customer service.
• Must be able to taste and handle all menu offerings.
• Ability to be on feet for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. from the ground.
• Must be available for a 5-day week, requiring Fri/Sat/Sun.
• Most shifts are 8a-8p or 11a-11p.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations with a hands-on style.
• Ensure delivery of fantastic food, value, and customer service.
• Manage operations with a focus on top-line sales growth.
• Maintain well-maintained facilities.
• Oversee operations with the latest closing time being 11 pm on Fri/Sat.
