About The Position

Sud Stop Car Wash is looking to hire a General Manager to join their team in Jacksonville, FL. This role is the on-site CEO, accountable for people, performance, and profitability. The General Manager will build a high-energy team, deliver an outstanding guest experience, and operate the wash like it’s their own business. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the car wash facility, ensuring smooth workflow, exceptional service delivery, and profitability. Leading by example and demonstrating CORE values, the General Manager will directly impact the company's growth and success. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Required - Business Administration Degree preferred. Associate’s Degree or equivalent hands-on management experience accepted.
  • 3+ years of multi-unit or high-volume management (QSR, retail, automotive, car wash, or similar).
  • 2+ years of management experience (i.e., car wash, retail sales, restaurant, front desk, site management)
  • Demonstrated P&L ownership and data-driven decision making.
  • Strong leadership presence and the ability to motivate hourly teams.
  • Mechanically inclined and comfortable learning tunnel equipment.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new applications.
  • Valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation.
  • Able to walk/sit/stand for extended periods in various weather conditions outside.
  • Able to operate POS and other typical office machines.
  • Excellent communicator, organized, detail-oriented, diplomatic, and a team player.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a leadership role at a car wash is highly preferred.
