About The Position

The McKenny Group is partnering with an established high-volume restaurant organization to identify experienced General Managers for multiple openings across the United States, including Wisconsin, North Carolina, Kentucky, and Nebraska. We are seeking strong operational leaders who bring financial discipline, people leadership, and executional consistency to large, fast-paced restaurant environments. Ideal candidates will have proven P&L ownership, a history of career longevity and progression, and success leading high-performing teams in guest-facing operations. This role carries full responsibility for restaurant-level performance, including operations, staffing, profitability, team development, guest satisfaction, food safety, sanitation, and compliance. It is an excellent opportunity for a leader who wants to make a measurable impact while advancing within a respected restaurant organization.

Requirements

• Restaurant General Manager experience in a high-volume environment
• Strong financial and operational leadership
• Experience with labor, inventory, and cost controls
• Demonstrated career stability, strong tenure, and consistent results
• Success leading large teams in fast-paced operations
• Background in family dining, buffet, fast food, or quick serve environments

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations
• Own restaurant-level P&L performance, labor management, and cost controls
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain strong restaurant teams
• Drive execution, accountability, and operational consistency
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and productivity
• Ensure a high-quality guest experience
