About The Position

As a General Manager, you could be the one helping your restaurant management team and team members to success. You will be the leader of your restaurant’s Meatcraft®. You will help your Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives. From local store marketing to helping reach sale and profit goals, you will be responsible in ensuring that your restaurant is delivering the top meats. The Arby's brand purpose is Inspiring Smiles Through Delightful Experiences®. Arby's delivers on its purpose by celebrating the art of Meatcraft® with a variety of high-quality proteins and innovative, crave-able sides, such as Curly Fries and Jamocha shakes. Requirements

At least one year of restaurant or retail management experience.
Impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service.
Eligible to work in the U.S.
