Requirements

  • Previous restaurant leadership or management experience required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on restaurant environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to follow and enforce food safety, sanitation, and company standards
  • Food safety certification may be required and will be provided or supported if applicable

Nice To Haves

  • Previous restaurant management experience, preferably as a General Manager or Assistant Manager
  • Proven ability to build, coach, and retain high-performing teams
  • Lead by example with energy, confidence, accountability, and a positive attitude
  • Enjoy developing people and creating opportunities for their team
  • Understand restaurant financials, including sales, labor, food costs, and profitability
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

  • Know how to balance having fun with holding high standards
  • Previous quick-service or fast-casual restaurant management experience is preferred
  • Strong leaders from other hospitality, retail, or customer-focused environments who have a proven track record of building successful teams

Responsibilities

  • Leading all aspects of daily restaurant operations
  • Building, training, coaching, and developing a high-performing team
  • Creating a positive, energetic culture built on teamwork, accountability, and respect
  • Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and retaining talented team members
  • Developing Shift Leaders and Assistant Managers into future restaurant leaders
  • Delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring Wingstop standards are consistently met
  • Driving sales while managing labor, food costs, inventory, and overall restaurant profitability
  • Ensuring consistent execution of food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and hospitality standards
  • Managing inventory, ordering, product rotation, and waste control
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company operating standards
  • Creating schedules that support the needs of the business and the development of your team
  • Handling guest and employee concerns professionally and effectively
  • Reviewing restaurant performance and creating action plans to improve results
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and team members
  • Partnering with your Regional Manager and leadership team to achieve company goals
  • Representing the Wingstop brand and building positive relationships within the local community
