About The Position

The starting pay for this position is $60,000 - $65,000 annually. This position is also eligible for participation in performance-based bonus rewards. • 2+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry with responsibility for financial results.
• Honest, energetic, motivational, and fun personality.
• Ability to set high standards for oneself and the team.

Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant operations with real work/life hours of operation (most locations open at 11:00 am and close at 10:00 pm, and no drive-thrus).
• Oversee financial results and performance-based bonus rewards.
• Ensure food safety, financial success, and excellent customer experience.
• Create a great place to work for the team.
• Ensure customers have an amazing food experience with great service.
• Lead by example, remaining humble, exceeding expectations, and always doing the right thing.
• Pitch in and contribute to a fun team environment.
