About The Position

The General Manager is responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including quality controls, customer relations, cost controls, inventory control, and cash control. The role requires setting an example for the crew, following all policies and procedures, and expecting the same from team members. The position is a full-time role with a set yet flexible schedule. The listed pay range is $23.00–$25.00, plus an achievement bonus ranging from $400.00–$2,000.00 per month.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Complete a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all activities and operations during the shift.
• Manage quality controls, customer relations, cost controls, inventory control, and cash control.
• Set an example for the crew by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time.
• Expect crew members to follow all policies and procedures.
