As the General Manager, you will manage core values, policies, and guidelines for Mercat Bistro. This role maintains the restaurants revenue, profitability, and quality goals as well as ensuring efficient restaurant operations and keep product, productivity, quality, and customer service standards high. A successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of Mercat Bistro and lead by example to uplift and promote internal growth as well as offering a pleasant dining experience to customers.
