About The Position

Green Bird Golf Simulator, Kitchen & Bar is looking for an experienced, motivated General Manager with a strong bartending background to lead our team and oversee daily operations. This is a hands-on management position. We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to jump behind the bar, help during a rush, lead by example, and make sure every guest has a great experience.

Requirements

• Bartending experience required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of bar operations, liquor inventory, and responsible alcohol service
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Dependable, organized, and able to lead in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable holding employees accountable while maintaining a positive workplace
• Available to work evenings and weekends as needed
• TABC and Food Manager certification required or ability to obtain

Nice To Haves

• Restaurant, bar, or hospitality management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar, kitchen, and golf simulator operations
• Lead, train, schedule, and motivate staff
• Bartend as needed and assist during busy shifts
• Maintain high standards for customer service
• Manage opening and closing procedures
• Oversee cash handling and POS procedures
• Monitor liquor, beer, food, and supply inventory
• Assist with ordering and inventory control
• Manage labor and help control operating costs
• Handle customer concerns professionally
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
• Ensure staff follows company policies and procedures
• Help develop promotions, events, and ideas to increase business
• Build a strong team culture focused on accountability and customer service
