What You’ll do: (Sales Focused) Drive revenue growth by leasing private offices, virtual offices and selling all available services Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the Regional Manager Convert tours into deals with a strong, confident closing approach Build and leverage your local network to generate new leads and partnerships Retain and grow existing clients through exceptional service and relationship management Control expenses and manage profitability through smart, data-driven decisions Requirements Leadership & Operations Responsibilities Recruit, train, coach, motivate, and manage on-site staff Set the standard for exceptional customer service and center readiness Oversee billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, and collections Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and procedures Maintain a professional, high-energy environment that reflects our brand What We’re Looking For Business degree preferred and/or 1–3 years of proven sales experience Strong background in sales strategy, closing, and negotiation Experience reviewing and understanding contracts or lease agreements Solid understanding of financials and P&L management Confident communicator with the ability to influence clients and teams Organized, driven, and comfortable being accountable for results Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and general business software Ideal Traits for Success Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by results Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business judgment High integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards Comfortable leading, coaching, and holding others accountable Thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment Additional Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Authorized to work in the United States Background check and driving record clearance required Ready to Run a Business and Get Paid for Performance?
