About The Position

This position is responsible for hands-on leadership of the Lease and Rental division including a unique blend of business acumen, strategic sales growth, operational excellence, and team development.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in strategic planning, financial oversight, and operational execution within a growth focused company
  • Strong background in customer relationship management, process improvement, and team development
  • Proven track record of direct customer interaction as a trusted advisor in successfully addressing and solving customer needs
  • Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and ROI driven decision making
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow high-performing teams
  • Strong understanding of lease and rental operations, asset management, compliance, and process improvement
  • Always maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and values
  • Maintain a professional appearance and friendly attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills able to influence all levels of the organization
  • Continually seek professional and personal growth
  • Must be proactive in addressing and solving problems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, or related field required
  • 10+ years in a related industry
  • 7+ years of leadership experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute short and long-term strategies to scale the lease & rental division
  • Lead with a 5-S mindset to strengthen legacy processes, challenge inefficiencies, and align actions with business outcomes
  • Balance high level strategy with hands on execution to ensure efficiency and consistency across operations
  • Champion a customer centric culture; delivering flexible, responsive, and value-driven leasing solutions
  • Provide direction to the sales team to grow revenue with a focus on profitability
  • Maintain relationships with key accounts and understand customer pain points to develop sales solutions
  • Drive accountability and performance through EOS tools and Core Values
  • Bring leadership and direction to PSL team members with a strong focus on continuous improvement
  • Work in unison with the leadership team to develop and execute strategic plans, ensuring PSL contributes effectively to company-wide objectives
  • Collaborate with the CFO to develop and manage the annual budget, forecast financial performance, and ensure alignment with company profitability and growth targets
