About The Position

Tire Discounters, a family-owned and operated tire business for nearly 50 years, is dedicated to providing exceptional automotive service with a focus on transparency and care. This role is for a General Manager, who will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction in an automotive maintenance and repair setting.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Strong retail sales experience.
• Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
• Valid in-state driver's license.
• Availability to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).

Nice To Haves

• A.S.E. Certifications 4 and 5 are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Recommend products/services based on customer needs.
• Drive sales growth through customer outreach.
• Manage tickets accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
