Welcome to Sand Bar Sand Bar is a laid-back beachside café set directly on the sand, offering open-air seating and oceanfront views just steps from the shoreline. Guests order at the counter, grab something fresh, and settle in under a shaded umbrella or in the sun with their feet in the sand. The vibe is upbeat, approachable, and built around fresh food, refreshing drinks, and an easygoing all-day beach hangout atmosphere. Who You Are You are the kind of leader who does not stand on the sidelines. You build strong teams, stay calm under pressure, and lead by example every shift. You are just as comfortable jumping on the line, working the register, and greeting guests as you are coaching your team, driving accountability, and keeping operations on track.
