About The Position
Lead Dog Pizza INC, a Franchise with Domino's Pizza, is looking for new team members who are seeking a fun job, opportunities to develop skills, and fast growth within the organization. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for everything that happens in your restaurant, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expecting the same from your crew. Responsibilities include making schedules, ordering product, training team members, and hiring. A profit share bonus is awarded based on controlling costs within goals.
