About The Position

The starting pay for this position is starting at $65,000 - $70,000/annually. This position is also eligible for participation in performance-based bonus rewards. • 2+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry with responsibility for financial results.

Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant operations with real work/life hours of operation (most locations open at 11:00 am and close at 10:00 pm, no drive-thrus).
• Oversee financial results and performance.
• Create a great place to work for the team.
• Ensure customers have a great experience by serving amazing food with a smile.
• Maintain high standards for oneself and the team.
• Focus on food safety, financial success, and customer experience for bonus eligibility.
• Pitch in and be fun to be around.
