Requirements

  • Proven Leadership & Sales Experience – A track record of successfully managing teams and exceeding sales targets in fitness or a comparable industry.
  • Ability to Motivate & Inspire – You know how to ignite a team’s passion and push them toward success.
  • Competitive Drive – You thrive in a performance-based environment and are hungry to win.
  • Pre-Sale & Marketing Savvy – Experience in community engagement, event promotion, and driving memberships before a gym opens its doors.

  • Strong Organizational & Time Management Skills – Ability to juggle pre-sale operations, sales goals, and team development effectively.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills – You can inspire, lead, and close deals with confidence.

  • Adaptability & Problem-Solving Skills – You thrive in high-energy, ever-changing environments.
  • Prior management experience in the fitness industry or a comparable field is REQUIRED – No Exceptions!

Responsibilities

  • Pre-Sale & Grand Opening Execution – Lead the charge in launching new Crunch locations by driving memberships, community outreach, and pre-sale events.
  • Sales Leadership – Build, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team to hit aggressive membership goals.
  • Team Development – Recruit, hire, and develop a top-tier staff that thrives on customer service, sales, and fitness culture.
  • Community Engagement & Brand Representation – Create buzz around Crunch by networking, forming partnerships, and making Crunch the go-to gym in town.
  • Operational Excellence – Oversee daily club operations, ensuring top-notch cleanliness, service, and execution of company policies.
  • Performance & KPI Management – Track and analyze key metrics to optimize sales, team productivity, and financial performance.
  • Lead by Example – Set the standard for energy, professionalism, and success.
