About The Position

Ladybird Taco is a Texas inspired taco shop serving breakfast and lunch tacos on house-made tortillas from quality ingredients. We are on a mission to positively impact our communities through life-giving hospitality - we genuinely believe that lives are changed through care, humility, and excellence for our team and the communities we serve. We’re looking for enthusiastic and ambitious individuals to lead our shops. Every day in our shops, we make real food from scratch — you’ll oversee a full-service BOH operation, with a quick-service FOH model. The GM/Team Lead is the anchor of the store — you’re an enthusiastic leader, a quick thinker, a problem-solver, a skilled communicator, and a motivator. You’ll be accountable for executing day to day in a way that aligns with our core values and within the budget for your store with particular emphasis on food + labor + supplies.
