About The Position
The General Manager is responsible for every facet of store operations. This position is intended for candidates who have advanced through the Company ranks as a CSR, Delivery Driver, or Assistant Manager, or who have prior industry experience and are willing to work for the Company until a position becomes available. It is a salaried role with the potential to earn a substantial monthly bonus based on store operating results. The role is described as the most demanding position in the store and requires availability across lunch, evening, and late-night dayparts. The General Manager typically works five or six days a week, including weekend day and/or evening shifts. The position may lead to franchise ownership for the right candidate.
