About The Position

General Managers oversee the daily operations of a single Domino’s store. They provide overall leadership and supervision of operations and are accountable for achieving operational standards, food safety, profitability, and creating an inclusive and engaged environment.

The role requires prior General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment, knowledge of basic operating procedures and cost management, and experience recruiting, retaining, and developing employees. General Managers lead team members and promote food safety protocols while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

• At least one year of prior General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Understanding of and ability to demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities.
• Experience recruiting, retaining, and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology, including POS and ATS systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
