The General Manager is responsible for ensuring TheKey clients receive excellent care allowing them to remain independent in their homes, as well as actively and independently working to develop new referral and client relationships. The General Manager is integral to ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction, supporting long-term retention of cases, and building revenue and market share in their assigned location(s).
