About The Position
Bicos Hospitality is a family-owned, Pasadena-based restaurant group dedicated to thoughtful hospitality. We believe that the best memories are made around a table with exceptional food and great company. Our restaurant portfolio includes diverse, neighborhood-defining concepts that range from upscale-casual to high-energy craft cocktail bars. We are entering an exciting phase of growth and are seeking a dynamic, high-energy General Manager. With high-profile openings planned across Los Angeles and Orange County, we are looking for a leader who can maintain our high standards of excellence. As General Manager, you will oversee all daily operations, ensuring that every guest receives the "thoughtful hospitality" we are known for.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager (AGM) in a high-volume, full-service, or upscale-casual environment.
- Experience with P&L management and team development.
- Strong knowledge of cocktail and dining trends.
- Exceptional communication skills and a "guest-first" mentality.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with new restaurant openings is a plus.
