About The Position

A growing, 100% plant-based restaurant brand is hiring a General Manager in Redlands. This role is for someone who understands the importance of the plant-based movement and believes food can be better for people, animals, and the planet without sacrificing flavor. The General Manager will have full P&L ownership, autonomy, and support to lead the restaurant end-to-end, including managing the team, guest experience, and financial performance.

Requirements

• 2+ years leading a restaurant as a GM or strong AGM
• Know how to manage budgets, labor, and food cost to target
• Coach and inspire a team, not just manage one
• Light up about plant-based food and the mission behind it
• Stay calm and decisive in a fast-paced environment
