Lead Daily Operations: Oversee the daily activities of the resort, manage staff, and deliver top-notch customer service. Hands-On Management: Balance administrative tasks with active involvement in front desk, daycare, and kennel operations. Staff Development: Monitor staff performance and support our team members growth and development. Corporate Collaboration: Work together across Village Pet Care’s departments to achieve shared objectives and drive business success. Leverage our diverse knowledge from various stakeholders to enhance innovation, efficiency, and problem-solving. To include HR, Payroll and Compliance. Reporting & Administration: Prepare daily revenue reports, handle end-of-day procedures, safeguard pet guests, and manage inventory. Shift Management: Oversee team shifts and ensure budget adherence while keeping operations running smoothly. Community Engagement: Promote Doginhaus, network within the community, and represent our brand with enthusiasm. Additional Duties: Undertake other responsibilities as needed to maintain seamless operations.
