Responsibilities

• Responsible for everything that happens in your restaurant, including all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• Set the example and follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
• In charge of making schedules, ordering products, training team members and hiring.
• Controlling costs within goals.
