Responsibilities

Delight guests with the right attitude, personality, and desire.
Move the business and communities forward.
Engage in philanthropic endeavors.
Stand up to 12 hours.
Move about the restaurant to access dining room, prep area, restrooms, and dumpster area.
Handle or operate registers, slicers, knives, scissors, other machinery, and computers.
Ascend/descend a step ladder to reach product on top shelves.
Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, including under tables and prep areas, and retrieve product.
Communicate frequently with fellow employees or guests and exchange accurate information.
Move and transport product, dishes, and boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
Work in environments with low temperatures (walk-in freezer/cooler) and high heat (walk-in oven, wall-mounted ovens).
