Four Corners Taphouse is an elevated neighborhood gathering place created by Westside Concepts, an Arizona-born hospitality group known for Haymaker, Cantina Gueros, and multiple unique, community-focused restaurants. Requirements

  • Minimum three years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong leadership, multitasking, and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience leading large teams and resolving guest concerns.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant financials, labor management, inventory control, and operational best practices.
  • Friendly, approachable, hospitality-first personality.
  • Lead with positivity and professionalism.
  • Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to remain calm and decisive in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to assist wherever needed to support the team and guest experience.
  • Dependable leader who naturally earns trust and respect.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional hospitality and memorable guest experiences.
  • Build lasting relationships with guests, team members, and the surrounding community.
  • Lead by example while representing the values of Westside Concepts.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, positivity, and communication.
  • Partner closely with the Kitchen Manager to achieve cultural and financial goals.
  • Ensure operational systems and standard operating procedures are consistently followed.
  • Maintain exceptional food, beverage, and service standards.
  • Protect the atmosphere, cleanliness, safety, and overall guest experience.
  • Oversee responsible cash and credit card handling.
  • Maintain product quality, freshness, consistency, and presentation.
  • Support and champion our craft beer, cocktail, and beverage programs through proper execution and team education.
  • Achieve food, beverage, and labor cost objectives.
  • Oversee ordering, inventory, forecasting, and reporting accuracy.
  • Build schedules that balance guest service, labor efficiency, and quality of life.
  • Analyze restaurant performance metrics and implement strategies that drive continued growth.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop exceptional team members.
  • Create an engaging, positive, and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Coach and mentor managers and hourly team members through daily leadership.
  • Hold team members accountable while supporting their personal and professional growth.
  • Available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and major sporting events based on business needs.
  • Perform additional duties as necessary to support restaurant success.
