About The Position

This role is for a Store General Manager. The position involves various physical requirements including standing for most tasks, walking, lifting items up to 50 pounds, carrying items like pizza sauce and dough trays, pushing and pulling trays on dollies, climbing stairs or ladders, stooping/bending at the waist, occasional crouching/squatting, and continuous reaching. Driving to deliver pizzas within a designated area is also a key responsibility, which may involve making several deliveries per shift. Team members may also use tools such as pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutters, and pizza peels. Specific job duties include delivering product by car to customer doors and distributing flyers. A valid driver's license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle are required for delivery.

Responsibilities

Perform tasks from a standing position.
Walk for short distances for short durations, including traveling between the store and delivery vehicle and from the delivery vehicle to the customer's location.
Complete paperwork at a desk or table.
Unload bulk product deliveries using a hand truck, including cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
Stack cases onto shelves up to 72 inches high.
Carry large cans (3 pounds, 7 ounces), pizza sauce (30 pounds), and trays of pizza dough (approximately 12 pounds per tray).
Carry pizzas and beverages during deliveries while performing walking and climbing duties.
Push and pull trays placed on dollies.
Navigate stairs or climb a ladder for tasks such as changing prices on signs, washing walls, or performing maintenance.
Stoop and bend forward at the waist when assembling pizzas, stocking ingredients, or at the front counter.
Crouch or squat occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
Reach continuously (up, down, and forward) for various tasks including operating oven controls, changing sign prices, stocking shelves, scooping ingredients, washing dishes, obtaining topping ingredients, cleaning work surfaces, and answering phones.
Drive to deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area, potentially making several deliveries per shift.
Deliver product by car and then to the door of the customer.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
